There were a couple hairs in our shower when we got there but honestly overall a wonderful experience. Pet friendly, quiet, easy to walk to Six Flags. Perfect for us!

In a small note they shared that the room would not get serviced without 24hr noticed. We came back to a dirty room and it was extremely disappointing. And then when I asked the staff for clean towels they made me come to them. The breakfast was decent but not as good as other Hampton Inn's I have stayed at.

Walls and floors are really thin. Our upstairs neighbors kept us up all night, even after the front desk intervened. We could hear our neighbors tv like it was in our room. The pool area has no towels, and the front desk said they were out. Staff was friendly and the hotel and rooms were clean. Pool area is nice. However, due to the poor sleep, we probably won’t choose this location again.

Ive stayed at this hotel a few times and the staff is always very friendly and i feel safe here. Everything was "clean" just the outside patio covers were stained and tile from the pool falling off. Needs some maintenance. Also the breakfast this time was slim. No pasty items, stale bread, one waffle maker broken. The cushions innthe earing area were disgusting. I understand kids and people spill while they are eating but wash them or replace them.
