Fabulous hotel - stayed here 3 nights with grown up family. Great service throughout. Provided us with rooms very early after overnight train journey. Lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast probably the best we have had in a month of travelling. They provide a bus service ( every couple of hours which you need to book) to get into old town. However we walked or took taxi ( very cheap - Grab bikes available but v few cars). Went out on hotel bikes - fine for a tip into town or out to paddy fields but no gears so not for serious cyclists Overall great place - all family loved the hotel and Hoi An - yes a bit too touristy but definitely worth a visit

The staff here was so polite and informative! They made sure we knew what amenities were available to us and helped connect us to any tours or transportation we needed. The hotel offers free breakfast and free shuttle which was so convenient. Hana and Mr. Dolphin made our stay feel fun and safe!

Anio Boutique is a very nice hotel with excellent staff, very nice rooms, a great breakfast, very nice pool and spa facilities. It is a 15 minute walk from there to old town so that is a bit inconvenient, that and the bicycles could use some servicing. Otherwise, a fantastic place and I am glad I stayed there.

A cosy hotel with nice staff. The service was non intrusive but they were always there when you needed them. The room was clean and spacious. There were a couple of pools, a spa and a small restaurant which was separate from the breakfast room. The breakfast was varied and the fresh pastries are a must. Easy access into the main area by a 10 minute cab ride.

We chose Anio because we were sold on the stock pictures online however we were disappointed at arrival to find the property and room darker and more rundown in reality. The room was comfortable and furnished with all essential amenities. The service was good overall with friendly and attentive staff. The pool was nice and adequate while the included breakfast buffet was tasty had a good variety. Considering this was a more expensive option in comparison to other similar accommodations in Hoi An, we would likely opt for a cheaper alternative that's closer to Ancient Town on our next visit.

What a beautiful hotel in Hoi An! Our family loved staying here and would recommend staying again. The staff were so friendly and polite, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Absolutely amazing stay, the staff and service was beyond fantastic and helpful. They helped organize private tours to Ba Na Hills and marble mountain/lady Buddha for such a great price. Beautiful scenery and the pool was so relaxing. A MUST stay in Hoi An!!! Will absolutely be back ☺️

I would absolutely stay at Anio again. The hotel is clean and new. The pool and breakfast are amazing. They have a free shuttle into the old town or to the beach. When we decided to take a grab to the old town instead it was under $2. Because it’s not right in the old town it was nice and quiet. The employees at Anio are all so helpful and kind. Snow, Dolphin, Phoebe were all especially welcoming. They also offer private transport to and from the airport for a very reasonable cost. Would absolutely recommend.
