Our family had a truly great time staying in this apartment. Having use of a full kitchen and a laundry room at the end of the corridor made such difference. Melissa was super helpful and went above and beyond. Also donā€™t forget the free parking, we will be back and highly recommend to anyone .

The location was good, but there were a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen, they got in my coffee and made me sick. The room had minimal amenities. The room was old and in need of updating, the drainage was not good, the electricity in the bathroom was out. The pool had no shade so you can only stay for a short time. The jacuzzi was out of order.

Don't listen to the bad reviews - this place was just fine. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. They are understaffed so pre-vacation communication was limited, but once we got there, no issues. Good location and free parking was huge! One of the cheapest places we could find in Waikiki and I have no regrets. I'd stay there again.

Jessica from the office was super nice and polite and the beach is a 3 minute walk. Plus amazing rooms that are very spacious, so overall I loved my stay here at the sweetwater hotel.

Much more than expected !
We loved our stay. Close to the beach and bus stops. Lots of space, all the amenities needed included a dishwasher, a regular size fridge, a big microwave/oven and a stove top! There is also a laundry room on most floors (2.50$/wash or dry). Great for a family of four. I would definitely recommend this place. šŸ˜

Kuhio Beach heaven!
I loved my stay at this location. Tower #1 is for the condo timeshare rentals and Tower #2 is the Aston Baynon hotel. The location to Waikiki beach and shops is great! There is a 5-7 minute walk to the Kuhio beach and a ten minute walk to access the blocks of shops. There is a pool and two hot tubs on the 6th floor, a mini mart, and a coffee cafe in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!

Floors were mopped and drying when I arrived. When they dried up it was very sandy. Other then that issue everything else was Great. It was unpredictable when new towels and cleaning would show up. During my 5 day stay they were changed once.

Liked- parking was included, kitchenette, murphy bed, walking distance to beach and shopping, balcony Only 18 minutes to Walmart. Did not like- construction, water shut off during stay, pool and jacuzzi were drained for a week (maintenance), dry sauna was under renovation. Also when I asked front desk about extra towels,they told me to call my host. They did bring clean towels the next day though.

Loved staying here every thing is close by walking distance. Melissa the lady that checked us in was simply amazing and great communication and accommodating. The room was nice and big and fully equipped with everything we needed. The doors a a little wanky but overall it was a great stay. Iā€™ll definitely stay here again.

We were given a code to our room and it didnā€™t work because they were not done cleaning and has to change the code. Only gave us two packets of coffee for a week. Only 4 towels and the exchange them on Wednesday. Elevators extremely slow. The hotel is not even called Sweetwater. So when I went to the front desk i was sent to the 4th floor to check in. These are time share rooms. Cable didnā€™t work in the bedroom. It was nice but I would not recommend here. Plus I had a horrible view foe the price we paid

Short walking distance to everything. Room was more than expected. Parking a If your not arriving before 4pm make sure you contact them to make arrangements for late check in Will stay there again next time ! Only downside was the electric paid bbq's which seem to eat coins and don't get hot enough to sear(3rd world problems).
