Valet service was so great. All people were fully kindness so my wife and I felt so comfortable. Checkin service also fast and smoothly done. Room was perfect as I can’t evaluate. So clean and so comfortable. Amenities were very excellent. Easy find and easy to get there. I want to give 10 stars if I can. So that much I really satisfied all experiences with Ritz hotel.

Staff was super friendly, hot and swimming pools are fantastic, also love the coffee in the room & laundry unit. Very convenient for week long trip when you need to wash some clothes.
