The shower was useless, the TV did not work, they have a coffee maker and they do not even put water, a desk chair with a worn and broken linen, there is a refrigerator and microwave disconnected (why do they have them). Imagine the scene of going out from one room to another, on another level, just to take a bath… that happened to us. Finally, the card to enter the room was constantly failing…

This property is totally run down. Hall carpets are dirty. Door numbers missing. lights bulbs missing from lamps, drink marks and graffiti on the desk. TV doesn't work. It seems like this is property being used for long term immigrant housing, I will not be back.

The front desk staff at this property were very kind and transportation to the airport was quick as long as you listen to the times the front desk gives you. Also the transportation picks up people from partner hotels so patience is sometimes key. Property itself is not worth the price of the stay. From outdated furnishings to scratched up room doors the owner of this property needs to care more for maintaining standards for his property. Rooms need a total refresh.

Disappointed for sure
Hotel was great the first couple times I stayed but now it stinks and the beds are NOT at all comfortable. A/C doesn’t work half the time. On Hotels.com it says there is a swimming pool and there is not… The only reason I still stay there is because it has a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport.

The TV did not work, the sheets on the bed were visible dirty. Staff was unprofessional most of the times. Would not recommend.
