With wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling picture windows that reveal breathtaking views across Tapu Bay, we wouldn’t blame you for thinking you’d found paradise at this two-storey Kaiteriteri holiday home. Welcome to Bay Breeze!
Park your car and boat in the huge driveway, drop your bags, and relax! With two decks, a cosy living room, and even a games room complete with table tennis table, you’ll find no shortage of places to chill out on your summer holiday.
Open the doors and windows and let the sea breeze flow through as you make good use of the indoor-outdoor flow between the living spaces and the wrap around balcony. Or, if the weather calls for a day indoors, set the ideal temperature with the heat pump and get cosy with a book or board game, or pop on a DVD and snuggle up on the couch.
The house is great for children of all ages from toddlers to teenagers - there’s even a gate across the internal stairs to keep your little ones safe while older kids will love the games room and the varied outdoor options.
The view out of the bifold windows in the kitchen will have even the unlikeliest of family members lining up to help whip up a few sides to go with the BBQ dinner. Dine alfresco on the deck, or why not take your plate down to the table on the grass below for a good old fashioned picnic!
Four bedrooms here at Bay Breeze sleep up to 11 guests, and offer a full range of bedding configurations to cater for almost any group. A bathroom on each level provides the conveniences for your stay, and there are even a port-a-cot and baby bath available for the littlest family member.
Wake in the morning and enjoy a fresh plunger coffee on the deck as you check out the sea conditions and decide which of the available beach gear you’ll take out. With kayaks, boogie boards, and even a few beach chairs available, what you do for the day really is up to you!
Stephens Bay and Tapu Bay beaches are both under five minutes walk from Bay Breeze via the available walking tracks or the road. Enjoy Tapu Bay for swimming and canoeing at high tide, and exploring the caves and collecting cockles at low tide. Stephens Bay beach is a very safe family beach and there is a small lagoon and a creek to play in, and even make a dam. If you’ve brought the bikes along, why not check out the trails at the Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park just 500m from your home away from home. With an easy distance of 1.5km you are also not far from the Kaiteriteri town centre.
There’s plenty of space for the whole family, plus your boat and beach toys here at Bay Breeze, so what are you waiting for? Get packing!
