the room was okay but needs some updating. It looks like they are trying that with some painting but its being done poorly. The exterior needs a good cleaning! Someone should get the hose out and wash down the exterior areas as a start.

I selected the hotel based on the fact that pool and hot tub was available, the pool was not clean and the hot tube was cold.. it was frustrating as my choice was based on this choice, the Breakfast was very nice, but a bit short in time, ended at 9:30 am.

When I rang the front desk to report a non functioning hair dryer nobody answered, although they did call back later. I was brought a new dryer but it was cumbersome to use with the wall bracket attached but not installed.

Not great. There was a leak in the bathroom. Not enough towels in our room for the number of guests. Hot tub was a Luke warm bath (not hot at all). Key card would not work in one of the pool entrances. No pool towels available. Pool facilities were very run down. The beds were comfortable and the suite looked clean.

The ramada merritt is in need of serious renovations . The pictures they use are probably from not long after they opened to advertise on websites. Sheets had paint stains ,floors were dirty,they advertise AC but have it locked out so still not cool at night.I paid 4 star prive in rural meritt and got 2 star quality.Staff were pleaseant and breakfast was satisfactory.
