It is convenient to Perth Royal Hospital which was my reason for choosing this Hotel.
Plenty of dining options close by. Close to shopping malls. Even close for some tourist options if I had the time.
Only negative was it needed a chair in the room. Yes there was a small stool but for older people especially a chair with a back would be far more comfy, hard to sit on a bed for long periods if you have a bad back.
Yes room was a bit small but was clean and comfortable bed.

"Not one negative! We wanted to escape and relax and that’s exactly what we did…. Jen and Wayne are amazing hosts and have done a fantastic job with all the accomodation on offer. We will definitely be back again and again! Added bonus Monet the gorgous dog and a “little pig” Piggy Smalls"

"The property was beautiful and we did enjoy the heating during a bitterly cold winter. That said, I do think the amenity details should include the information that the toilet and bathroom facilities are outside, several metres away from the main cottage, and open to all the elements.
