Excellent customer service. Cris at the front desk is very warm and made us feel at home. Gabby (Gabriella) at the restaurant went above and beyond just to accommodate our request. Would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay here. And will definitely come back when we in town.

Didn’t live up to the expectations of other Margaritaville’s. It was small, dull, had to ask repeatedly for housekeeping, no breakfast options, the pool was small and the recreation areas were barely existent. Stayed at other locations and they were amazing. This location had nothing to do.

My Family at Margaritaville
Great place close to the airport and the beach! Stayed here for five days with my family of 7. The room we had was big enough for all of us and comfortable. For some reason the shower drain did not work well, so the tub would fill up. It would have been nice to have at least two burners in the kitchenette to make some small meals, since we ended up paying a lot of money to eat out every day. Either way the atmosphere is magical, and Margaritaville Beach House is a great way to experience Key West.

The staff was superb! They thought of what I needed before I asked. The shuttle provided to downtown was convenient. I loved that the resort provides the best of both words - relaxing beach across the street and night life, food and fun within a short shuttle drive away. You can't help but be chill at Margaritaville. We will be back!
