So far beyond my expectations. Wish I knew about this place years ago. Older building, beautiful decor, so spacious, all the amenities and more I could have needed. Just wish I had 2-3 days at least to stay instead of just one. Will bring my spouse and stay longer next time. If youā€™re looking for a place thatā€™s out of the busy area of a city (but still within a 10-15 min drive of anything you need), this is wonderful. The Penthouse Suite was huge and I loved the balcony. This room isnā€™t for you if you require an elevator - two flights of stairs are steep, but not concern for me. Really wish I had more time to enjoy the ā€˜downtimeā€™ - this suite was larger than my first apartment and one of the smallest rooms available. 1000% better than a hotel room

This is a beautiful historical home divided up into self-catering suites. Absolutely good value for the spacious rooms, private patio (downstairs), reasonably stocked kitchen, loving details, and elegant beauty of the place. I ran into the proprietor and she is a warm and welcoming person who built her dream bnb here.

We stayed in the Chapel Suite which was absolutely beautiful. Living room, huge kitchen, two full bathrooms and a king bed. The hosts provided an information booklet (electronically) ahead of check in which covered everything we needed to know. It was clean, comfortable and so charming. In hindsight, the only thing we would have done differently would be to have booked for all three nights of our long weekend.

We liked the privacy of the suite and private patio. Generally, the unit was clean and well equipped. The instructions were for the most part very clear. We did not like the small bathroom sink. The tv screen was too small for todayā€™s standard.

Quaint but Luxurious
Quaint but luxurious. Limestone walls and heated floors over the top. For such an old home it felt so fresh and clean and perfectly decorated. It is very professionally run, every angle is covered to insure you are comfortable and not needing any assistance to enjoy your peaceful tranquility. We will definitely be back.
