"As always, we enjoy staying here and have done so many times. Only complaint is the difficulty (and lack of safety) for people with disabilities. The tub/shower needs easier access, including a grab bar, and the revolving front door needs a guard to stop if someone walks slowly."

"The front desk staff was very rude, especially at check-in. The bar was wonderful. The room was typical for Iceland, but bed was not very comfortable. It was further from the city center than I expected, so would recommend a car if staying here (we had one). Plenty of parking."
