The staff was incredibly helpful. I had many questions about the best way to get to certain locations, and how to access train stations. The staff provided colorful maps and marked where I needed to go, and the routes that the trains would take me on. Also, the buffet breakfast was amazing!!!

The property is clean, the room is very well designed, surprisingly efficient. However, the bathroom had a lingering smell. Staff at the restaurant were great. Front desk was efficient and very helpful. Overall it was a great place to stay and very affordable.

First of all best Hotel ever i want to go back again to Kyoto and this beautiful Hotel. The people are very nice and welcoming. The services are great. The comodities are great. The rooms are big and the view is amazing . Is also close to the train stations and markets. I love it. My wife and i stayed there for our honey moon and is a beautiful place to stay in.
