The room was spacious but housekeeping definitely missed some areas when we checked in (i.e., hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours). The hotel was in a good location and we liked that it was so close to Kyoto Station. The check in wasn’t until 4pm, but they had spots you could store your bags at. We liked that they use a keypad system and not a keycard for the room.

Not much to say. There was nearly no staff in the hotel and the check in process was automated and they asked for personal information during the check in process that I had never seen before. Like what my home address and job was. But it was fairly clean and it was a place to sleep so all in all not bad.

Good little place
It was good. Perfect for what we needed. Next to the ststion, you had a really fun and useful mall right next door. The staff was excellent. No issues at all whatsoever. Maybe the bed frames could be a bit better since they are very noisy when someone moves around. But other then that, we were satisfied with the given price for the rooms.

Hollywood twin room was a decent size. Bathroom was typical Japanese pod style and small but useable. Location was very good...about 10-25 minute walk to Kyoto station for transport options. Aeon mall across the road also really handy for food and and a very good supermarket. Staff at the hotel were polite and helpful (as were majority of Japanese people who served us). Would consider returning here for any future trips to Kyoto as location vs cost was very good.

Hotel is very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station and located close to Aeon Mall which has many restaurant and shops. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Except the quilt is too thick, too heavy and feel hot even outside temperature is around 7 degree. Staffs are warm, helpful and can speak some English. Its a good self services hotel. We definitely will come back.

一入住就發現冰箱是壞的,但服務人員積極處理並更換冰箱。 但第二天回房時,換成密碼鎖無法運作。但服務人員也是快速處理,可是最終還是修理不好。整體而言,設備需要定期檢查,不過服務人員態度優良,認真協助解決問題。
