They need to try harder
Room size was great but cannot utilize the kitchen as there were no utensils, people on holiday do not bring pots & pans etc. Room was very hot as the air con was not put on before we arrived, the day temp was over 100 and it took all night to cool down. Towels what can I say, they were terrible half the size of a bath towel they were thread bare with holes and exfoliated your body while using them. Could not access the internet most of the time. We requested a downstairs room but that didn't happen, it would have been nice to have received an email saying our Kitchenette room was upstairs and no lift, then we could have made the decision weather to find somewhere else to stay. All in all the only good thing about the place was the room size.

Overall it was ok. The room was clean, but it stank. There was a musty smell throughout our three-day stay. The owner gave us an air freshener but it didn't work. Good thing the temperature was low, so we didn't use the air conditioning much. It should be fumigated because it produces an unpleasant odor.
