Excellent staff all around. Great property views for all to see. Every employee that I and my son came in contact with was very supportive, friendly and respectful. The spot is beautiful! The scenery is tropical and filled with wild-life the kids would love, such as ducks and small sharks. The lighting at night is incredible. There's also free rental items for recreational sports like tennis and basketball. Additionally, the are five heated pools throughout the resort which allowed for my 10 year old daughter and I to still swim even though it was January. I only wish they had at least one indoor pool on the premises. Great food options at Tidal and Barefoot Bar & Grill. Tidal, also has fantastic coffee with non-dairy options for your lattes. We will definitely go again.
