So many issues, rooms lack of maintenance, smells of cigarette smoke and dilapidated amenities, phones/internet were not working, the “luxury” rooms are definitely NOT what is advertised. Staff was the most frustrating and disappointing part of our experience, we were booked into wrong room with a family already in it, phones/internet in rooms were not working. We were charged for 3 days of parking fees despite only using their parking area for 3 hours from checking out early. Expedia staff spoke to hotel and hotel insisted we never cancelled check out despite all of the proof we had including out of the area charges to our cards we made for gas purchases on our way back home. Advice to anyone considering this location, BOOK ELSEWHERE! And save yourself the headaches and overage fees!

Walked all the way to our room, which was in tower three and along the way a key card was required to use the doors, elevators, and our sleeping room. The key card did not work. The hotel is conveniently located near to the airport, which is what we needed for a one night stay. Easy to find and check-in quick and efficient. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Airport shuttle that is supposed to leave the hotel on the hour and half hour to pick up guests at the airport 3 miles away. We got off our plane at 1:30 and went to pick up area and waited until about quarter to 3, with no shuttle. Every other hotel in the area came and went, some twice. Myself and another couple repeatedly tried to call the hotel but received no answer. We finally gave up and called an Uber. When we arrived both shuttles were sitting out front. I asked the front desk person why the shuttles weren’t running and more so why the hotel didn’t answer the phone, and she basically called me a liar. I told her she still had several elderly couples waiting at the airport. She gave me my room and it was one of the worst I have ever had, guess that was my punishment for questioning the lack of service. Room 202 has a patio door that opens onto the unsecured roof, several people were walking around right outside my door, some smoking, and with the amount of debree and cigarette butts on the ground it was a common meeting spot. I did not really feel safe and with all the equipment on the roof, I assumed HVAC and piping of some kind, it was very loud. Then after getting settled, the hotel complex lost power. Just the hotel, all buildings around us still had power. That was just before the NFL game, so probably about 5pm, I went to ask in the lobby about the expected ETA for restoration but the lobby was in darkness and no one was around. Lost power for 2 days. Said would refund but I have not seen a refund. Completely dark in hallway. Didn’t offer to move me or a flashlight. Other people got moved. I had to ask for a flashlight. Tv had line going across it. Balcony door wasn’t easy to open. I don’t know why they said they would give me a refund and didn’t. I own shares of this company. You’d think they treat me better.
