The Wyndham is a great place to stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ship pull in. I especially enjoyed walking in the area. We'll definitely stay again!

I booked the room with a bay view. The view is beautiful, and the sunset is gorgeous. However, the drawbacks are that the room is old and noisy because it is next to the elevator. The bathroom sink has a poor design that makes it difficult to wash my hands. The walkable area is nice because it is next to the Star of India and a few minutes' walk to the USS Midway Museum.

We travel quite a bit and found this property perfect for our stay. Excellent dining options, staff very attentive to our needs, beautiful view of the Bay from our balcony, lovely walking area just across the street, comfy beds and pillows, clean bathroom. San Diego is a beautiful city and this hotel is located in close proximity to all restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very comfortable. Most of the staff was very accommodating. One desk personal was a bit rude and made us uncomfortable. The restaurants were great and the transportation from the airport was easy and fast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, but very, very aged and run down. Carpet floor was getting unstuck, all power outlets were old, and almost broken. My room had no balcony and looked over a roof with utilities, so very loud. The place needs a complete renovation!

No longer provide shuttle service across the street to port. Extremely noisy with loud music and sirens. No porters in duty at 6:00 pm. Room smelled stale and sweaty — really stinky. Opened balcony door and sprayed fragrance to no avail.
