This is not a resort! The beach has signs warning of swimming due to high bacterial levels that exceed health standards. Very poor facilities, rooms weren’t cleaned with spider webs all over.

The property was beautiful and the landscaping was well-kept. Unfortunately, my room had baby roaches and I was literally killing them for hours in the bathroom and in living space. I sent a text to the number that gave me the welcome and never got a response. I left at 6 am because it was so uncomfortable and called the office due to the circumstances. Before putting someone in that room, I requested someone to spray and explained how bad it was. The guy who answered said they saw the message and they'll address it. He didn't even acknowledge my experience. It was so unfortunate and disappointing.

The staff are absolutely amazing and the property is very kid friendly. The restaurants on site are also way better quality than I would have expected and have excellent service. Our kids loved it.

We loved our bungalow at paradise point. The staff was great! They quickly cam with a golf cart to give us a ride when my nephew injured his foot.

The property is in a good location. However, upon checking in, our rooms were NOT ready even though we were told they were. Worse, the only real restaurant was closed during our stay (3 days) due to being rented out by a private party. Even worse, we paid a lot to upgrade rooms to bayfront so kids could swim, snorkel, etc., only to find out the county had put up signs all along the water line that the water was unsafe due to heightened levels of bacteria and that entering water would likely cause illness. The pool was a very long walk from the rooms, so you'd want to drive, which isn't fun with wet kids, and parking is limited. While the rooms are clean, they are older, which wouldn't be a problem except that you will hear everything from your neighbor since the rooms are separated by only a door. Hence, we were kept awake until 2:30am by the room next to us playing loud rap music. I wouldn't stay here again; there are too many other choices.
