She’s brilliant, always super friendly, and made sure our mornings started on the right note. Pop made our dinners a delight. She was our server on several occasions, and her amazing customer service and friendly demeanor left us thoroughly impressed. It was a pleasure to have her take care of us during our meals. Kate was another lovely lady we had the pleasure of meeting. She was fun to chat with and always made the effort to engage in conversation. When I mentioned that I had injured myself, she went above and beyond by arranging a thoughtful surprise—a card, flowers, and a fruit platter. Such a kind and considerate gesture! Sunny was our go-to buggy driver, and he was a great guy to chat with. He always got us where we needed to go with a smile and made the ride fun and enjoyable. Phoom was an absolute asset to the Westin. From the moment we met him, he was extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us. He’s such a lovely guy and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. June was a delightful presence

The staff were amazing, I can’t say enough about them. Having said that, the hotel needs some work, many small details that require maintenance. The hotel is not new and needs some more investment, but the value and service we’ve received was outstanding.

Lots of mildew around the private pool in our room same shower walls They didn’t replace shampoo conditioners we kept asking Electricity shutoff couple of times Toilet paper very bad quality Mostly the mildew in pools around the walls really bad! Service good except last 2 days too crowded and we had to wait 40 minutes for our coffee at breakfast no tropical Fruits either last 2 days ( July1-10)

This is one beautiful hotel. Although rooms are not easily accessible shuttles are on demand to take you to your room on demand. The property is one of the most picturesque I’ve seen and the service is world class.
