Thank you for our stay. The staff here were excellent, polite and proficient. However, it was very noisy overnight and there were a number of people drinking alcohol in the pool area in the evening. Because of this, we did not feel safe swimming. As the restaurant was closed, we needed to order uber eats but there is no place to eat e.g. a shady picnic table or even a table in the room or on the verandah. Our TV didn't work either. The buffet breakfast in the morning was great.

The room was fine. I was left down below waiting to be picked up at 3:45 am to be taken to the airport. I watched the shuttle bus go by. So I pushed my suitcase up the hill and waited at the office till the driver came back. He brought back two women travellers.After attending to them he drove me to the airport. There is definitely a lack of communication.

The property was ideally suited to my wife and I after our flight was cancelled at the last moment. The price was very reasonable and included breakfast. A prompt, free shuttle service to and from the airport. Great meal in the on-site restaurant and the room was large and comfortable. Staff great too. Would definitely recommend.

Staff in the concierge are very helpful and that includes the shuttle driver. The birds squawking noise at night when it was raining was spectacular to hear. Some of the guests must be annoyed by the noise but we were happy to hear as such. We will be back if we are in Melbourne in our future travels.

I liked the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The studio room was very comfortable and clean with good tea making facilities. The bathroom was modern with a great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful; the restaurant menu was extensive with many dining options. Pool looked good too.
