The room was fine. I was left down below waiting to be picked up at 3:45 am to be taken to the airport. I watched the shuttle bus go by. So I pushed my suitcase up the hill and waited at the office till the driver came back. He brought back two women travellers.After attending to them he drove me to the airport. There is definitely a lack of communication.

The property was ideally suited to my wife and I after our flight was cancelled at the last moment. The price was very reasonable and included breakfast. A prompt, free shuttle service to and from the airport. Great meal in the on-site restaurant and the room was large and comfortable. Staff great too. Would definitely recommend.

I liked the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The studio room was very comfortable and clean with good tea making facilities. The bathroom was modern with a great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful; the restaurant menu was extensive with many dining options. Pool looked good too.

The staff at Melbourne's Best Weston Airport Motel are outstanding - their flexibility, courtesy, gentle humour, and willngess to do whatever is needed to make your stay comfortable is peerless. The shuttle service to and from the airport is reliable and convenient. The accommodation is very comfortable providing everything you could need including comfortable beds, a great shower, convenient personal items, irons and ironing board , and a pool. An excellent breakfast and other meals are also available including barista coffee. We will always stay here when travelling through Melbourne.

I had such an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff picked me up promptly from the airport int heir free shuttle. They gave me complimentary late check out and perhaps the best feature of staying here is Michael the shuttle driver. What a guy! So friendly and was very accommodating with my shuttle back to the airport. He offered for me to stay in the motel lounge so I didn’t arrive too early to the airport and even gave me a coffee. He kept checking in with me and said he would take me to the airport whenever I needed. Such a lovely guy. He was definitely the hilight of my trip. I’ve been spoilt.
