They have a late check-in time already, 4 pm, but the room wasn’t clean until 5 so that was super frustrating. They also have early checkout time, 10 am. The grounds/amenities were nice. Rooms are clean but very dated. You have to wash your dishes and put them away along with emptying all the trashes (bring to the dumpster) before checkout. If you checkout late it’s $100…they don’t supply shampoo/conditioner or any toiletries, just bar soap. Parking is tight and not easy for large SUV’s.

Beautiful Lake Tahoe
The location and amenities where excellent. Located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe afforded a splendid view of the lake and the snowcapped Sierras. That said, the cleaning staff should tap back the use of cleaning chemicals, the room smelled like a hospital rather than a mountain resort.

We hope to be back!
Great unit. Pull out sofa bed for the kids is quite old. Next time I’ll bring a foam topper as it’s springs you feel. All other amenities including full kitchen and gas fireplace were very nice. Our view to the lake was amazing.
