Our suite was perfect. We needed separate sleeping areas and had the living room and kitchen to enjoy together. Everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed massages in the spa, loved the ease of parking and the ease of getting into town and roaming other areas. In spite of being so close to the highway, the property was quiet.

This is a beautiful property especially the two-bedroom suites with access to a BBQ and kitchen. We stayed in bachelor suite and after requesting a shower curtain, we still did not get one. This caused water to get all over the bathroom. We can’t quite make sense of that. But it’s a wonderful place to stay with access to two pools and two hot tubs!

Pools and the hot tubs wrrr great, and some great golf courses nearby. Rooms are in need of some TLC. Many things in our room broken or not functioning. Fridge needed replacement during our stay. Shower in one washroom didn’t work. Light in bathroom broken. Hair dryer didn’t work. Blinds only covered half the window. Also no daily room service. Seems to be a staff shortage impacting the quality of care and service. Cleanliness of the room was subpar.

The hotel is in a lovely setting with a great outdoor pool with hot tub and bar. Rooms were adequate and clean - would rate a 3.5 in terms of updating. Our air conditioning did not work so we called for maintenance. They never came. The whole hotel is lacking staffing. The pool bar opened only at 4PM for 4 hours. Elements Restaurant on site was delicious though. Strangely they told us there were no reservation options but when we went online there were tons. A simple continental breakfast was supposed to be included but when we got there there was nothing left - no bread items, no coffee and a few picked over grapes. There was only one girl who appeared to be overworked. We ended up going to a motel down the street and eating at their restaurant. A beautiful building in a lovely setting but unfortunately a 3.5 star at best.

Property might have been high class, but wear and tear has worn it down and without proper updates. Pools are over crowded with children and the restaurant is noisy as well. It generally feels like costs are being dropped by management, and this are suffering like staffing.

Went with friends as we do every year. The room is like an apartment and is great for a bunch of friends. Though the room needs a bit of a refresher. For example the shower head was falling apart and the water pressure was really hard.
