The hotel's water was terrible. The water for shower was mustard yellow muddy. Their initial response was monsoon. It got better but the water was never crystal clear. The staff was trying to be helpful but many of them just don't listen to their customers.

Some taxi drivers do not know the location of this hotel so you need to make sure the road name (Maitri Marg Road, Kupondole, Lalitpur). Many nice restaurants are walking distance so it is very convenient. Rooms are a bit small, but staff are very nice.

Attractive, brand-new boutique hotel, on quiet street in very safe neighborhood. Close to nice cafes, restaurants, and shopping district. The area attracts quite a few expats who work in local NGOā€™s. Easy taxi ride to Pātan Durbar Square but you can also walk. Fifteen-minute taxi ride to Thamel and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Would stay here again over better-known and loud Thamel tourist neighborhood.
