No ice machines at all? They said they want to be environmentally friendly??? Gave us a bag of ice that had to be shipped in, way more than we needed, so wasted. Terrible furniture space design. Could not walk around the bed without hitting a sharp corner. Mold and hair in shower. Just a weird hotel experience.

The room was bright, cheery, & open. Amenities were spacious & modern. Free breakfast went above your normal hotel free breakfast & staff were friendly & helpful Pool was closed which was a bummer, but otherwise we enjoyed stay. Will be looking for other Elements on our roadtrip.

Experience overall was very good. Minor things, shower temp was wonky but not unbearable; and the doors slam shut which is loud at 1:30 in the morning. Hotel overall is clean, the service was great, and the hotel is enjoyable & roomy!
