The property is very dated and the room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The carpet and bathroom floor had multiple stains. For the price we paid we were expecting something better. Pool/Hot tub were a disappointment as well (both not heated).

Great Gibsons hotel
This place was a nice stopover after getting off the ferry. The front desk staff were so friendly! Unfortunately the pool heater was broken so we didn’t swim. Breakfast is a voucher for coffee, hashbrowns & breakfast sandwich from the Tim Horton’s nearby. Fun surprise

We have stayed here a couple years in a row as it is only dog friendly hotel. The pool is always broken or closed and generally it is a rundown property. We shall not be staying again

There was no toilet paper holder, just a roll on the counter, bathroom light flickered, and sink wouldn’t drain. A few dents in the walls and ceilings. It was OK for an overnight stay.
