Awesome customer service
The customer service was excellent. One day before we were set to arrive, we discovered that our reservations were for the wrong day. (Completely my fault.) One call to the owner and it was fixed, no hassle, no lectures, no problems. On arrival, he let us pick the room setup that worked best for us, left the laundromat open a few minutes late for us, provided some information about the area, and was just a nice guy. I'm not going to pretend that this hotel is fancy, chic, decorated, or high class. It's not. It is, however, clean, reasonably comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Our trip included 8 nights in 6 locations, and this one was the best value of them all.

I booked this for my parents & nephew to stay. They agreed that it was clean, shower pressure was excellent, beds were really comfortable, the breakfast, although (small 3 tables inside) was surprisingly good, & the towels were big. From the outside it looks a bit rustic but yah would book there again.

The air conditioner was in an location that was difficult to reach to operate and it appeared to be dirty. The "throw cover" on the couch in the entry way appeared rather tacky. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel host was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old but comfortable, affordable and clean. It is along the hiway but I wasn’t bothered at all by the noise. I would definitely stay here again.
