Close to universal without the outrageous price.
Excellent customer service. Front desk clerk was very nice. Location is good, I wanted something close to universal studios. I liked the parking was right outside my door and private. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious just not the bathroom. Room was just very dated. I loved the access to the balcony. Overall we would stay again.

I have stayed here numerous times in the past, but after a few years and now that I came back, the place has really deteriorated. It’s in desperate need of a renovation. Inside rooms especially. Even the bed was bad. The price doesn’t match what you get. Please renovate asap.

We usually love this place but this time our room was window facing freeway (216) and it was very loud all night AND our bathroom had black ants. (This was a first). BUT rooms do need a serious upgrade
