Location was good, we went to sandbanks 2 days and it was a 30 min drive. Good restaurants nearby but this hotel smells like dirty carpet, and a look under the bed will give you chills in your spine, super dirty, not vacuumed for a while, the pillows were scary, I had to put my own blanket I brought over to put my head on it. It really needs a whole makeover. I won't be coming back. Also breakfast was extremely limited, I'm not being picky , but even the machine for juices didn't give our apple juice for my daughter but weird tinted water. Avoid this hotel!!!!!

The room we were in was very tired and in much need of an update and renovation. The hotel and room are very tired. Especially for this price point! Would never book again and would be reluctant at to book a Ramada again as a result. Cleanliness if hotel was also questionable.

This Ramada was okay. Realize, it's not the 4 Seasons. Room was comfortable, I liked the newish "wood" floor. Bathroom was clean, refreshed not too long ago. Wallpaper is getting very tired. The building is old and needs a major renovation to really bring it back to life. The 3rd floor where I stayed seems to have partly updated fairly recently, so that's a safe bet.

The complimentary breakfast was not very good. The bed is not comfortable and the beddings below average. It did have a nice view of the marina. The internet of the business office computer was not working. It did not even have a chair in the business office...

This property has not been maintained. Paint was peeling, repairs were unfinished or not made correctly. Rooms and hallways smelled. Areas of the hotel were not cleaned. Water slide was had very limited hours which prevented use. Breakfast was very limited and did not or meats like bacon or sausage. Customer complaints could continually be heard at the front desk with the answer they couldn't be helped.

Water was leaking all night. We put towels around since it was in the nighttime. Front desk smiled and did not offer any help or discount. Noise from the room next door went on all night. We never were able to sleep with these 2 problems. Expensive and disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel years ago. Believe the negative reviews. This hotel is falling apart. The room was dirty with partial fixes made to the shower drain and light switch that looked unsafe. There was also a stain in the hallway that looked and smelled like urine. I checked out 10 min after arriving. The worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

The property is being upgraded, still some old/shabby areas to go, renovated rooms are a bit cold (damn millennial grey) and our bed was SUPER noisy (apologies to our neighbours just turning over was loud). Staff were so wonderful and kind though and definitely made the difference.

Nice and quiet location, harbour view is great. Staff are courteous and accommodating. Kids loved the waterslide and the pool 😀 Bathrooms are not good, leaky ceilings, breakfast not many options. Based on these, I find it’s bit pricey.
