It seems they nickel and dime for every single thing. 2 tiny water bottles per day and extra charge if you want more. They suggest you reuse your towels but if one needs an extra they charge. It’s only 100pesos but left a bad taste in the mouth.

The property and the staff are exceptional!! So friendly and accommodating. Everyone was so helpful. The food was delicious! Great variety. The only issue was the street traffic. Twenty-four hours a day. I sleep soundly and was able to get a good nights sleep. But anyone who needs quiet, this area of town isnt for you. Lots of bars in the area. I would stay there again. BGC is a 3 km walk away.

Terrible experience! I booked this hotel for my partner coming from the airport so he could relax for 2 days before going home. He arrived at the hotel very early and while there's an option for early check in with a fee, the staff said there's no available room. So he left to walk around and he got back 10-15 minutes before 2 pm check in time. The front desk told him to wait for 5 minutes. It's past 2 pm and they didn't update him. There should be a room available for people checking in on that day!! I'm not sure if they were testing his patience. But there was a group of foreigners who were walk ins and were able to check in without issues. I can't believe how this hotel lives up to its name -- colonial mentality at its finest! Finally my partner was able to check in past 3 pm, they told him his checkout time will be extended but he left early on Monday. Other than the clean room and convenience of the area, I have nothing good to say about this hotel.

Good value at price point for location in Makati. Rooms are clean and amenities are adequate. Staff are professional and friendly. Air conditioning consists of individual wall units that are loud and do not set to a specific temperature. Hotel is located in a somewhat seedy part of Makati. Never felt unsafe, but the consistent approaches by purveyors was annoying. Not a ding to the hotel, but Makati traffic makes transport to, from and around the hotel very challenging many hours each day.

Food was decent offered authentic filipino breakfast. Located in the heart of the red light district. Could hear pounding music from the 12th floor. Had to change rooms twice after checking in. First room had water leak. Second room smelled like paint. Third room had appeard to be sticky human fluids on the floor. We called house keeping and they wiped it up. Middle elevator malfunctioned and went pitch black for over a minute. After all that, they never offered anything except an apology. Insisted on charging us for bottled water at the end. Switched hotels and won't be staying here again! P.S. Wi-Fi was truly horrible.
