My check-in with Leah was seamless, and I really appreciated Sean’s from conceirge help with navigating the Grab app, which was a huge help throughout my trip. The housekeepers, security staff, and everyone in the food and beverage team were all outstanding. I can tell that the entire team is trained to deliver 5-star service in a 4-star setting. The location is also perfect, with easy access to both MOA and the airport. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to others.
