Water was leaking all night. We put towels around since it was in the nighttime. Front desk smiled and did not offer any help or discount. Noise from the room next door went on all night. We never were able to sleep with these 2 problems. Expensive and disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel years ago. Believe the negative reviews. This hotel is falling apart. The room was dirty with partial fixes made to the shower drain and light switch that looked unsafe. There was also a stain in the hallway that looked and smelled like urine. I checked out 10 min after arriving. The worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

Rundown, dirty, breakfast was stale and expired muffins. Late check out was only 1hr more. Room and halls water damaged, dirty, cracks, peeling wall paper stains on carpets. Missing light bulbs. Balconies looks cracked and unsafe, unkept.

The property is being upgraded, still some old/shabby areas to go, renovated rooms are a bit cold (damn millennial grey) and our bed was SUPER noisy (apologies to our neighbours just turning over was loud). Staff were so wonderful and kind though and definitely made the difference.

Nice and quiet location, harbour view is great. Staff are courteous and accommodating. Kids loved the waterslide and the pool 😀 Bathrooms are not good, leaky ceilings, breakfast not many options. Based on these, I find it’s bit pricey.

Clean and quiet. They only supplied 1 toiletry for the room when we had 2 families staying in the room and 2 towels..The breakfast would habe been nicer with sausage/bacon and oranges with bananas Overall a nice stay

Indoor pool has slide, but kuds could not use it. No water coming down. Breakfast was good with choices. Deadbolt of room 312 was not working. The patio was extremely hard to open/close- emergency safety problem. Elevator carpet and hallway carpet needs cleaning. Room was clean and nice. Bed great

Check in was slow. Only one person on staff. Had a line up 5 persons back. Otherwise good place to stay in Belleville. Also noticed the downtown core shops, restaurants and cafés were closed by 8 o’clock. Not much to choose from to go for a late dinner.

The stay was ok but not a good value for our money, air conditioner worked well but the interior of the property is unkept and looks shabby. Ramada welcome carpets are stained, our room while clean was very rundown. was paint peeling and what looked like mold or dirt on the walls in the corners . Breakfast was tidied up early, so we missed out. This would be fine for a budget hotel but $300 (incl taxes) was ridiculous for the condition of the hotel.

We have come for several stays at this hotel in the past, and it has unfortunately aged very badly. It is poorly maintained. Cleanliness is very average. For a stay of several nights, you must request room cleaning...and even in this case, they sometimes don't have the possibility or the resources to do it. We are unlikely to return.

Horrible breakfast options.
We have stayed here the last 2 weeks. The first week we just though we arrived to breakfast to late and that’s why there was so little. No bacon or sausage. We stayed again this week were there first thing for breakfast again no meat and waffles were to runny so couldn’t have them either. Very disappointed
