I've been to many many hotels over the years. I've NEVER have had to write a bad review regarding breakfast , however, Sadly the Breakfast was awful. Crunchy pancakes , rubbery sausages, tasteless overcooked hashbrown patties. It wasnt just our family that thought so , I spoke to a few different ones and they thought the same. So much wasted food. The hotel is better off saving some money and hand out McDonald's coupons to their guests. The hotel is very outdated. The kids loved the water park , but it could use some major upgrades. Upon arrival we were told the hot tub was closed. Shouldn't have to pay an extra 50$ to be pool side when the place wasn't even sold out. Beds are spring mattresses are hard and are awful to sleep on. The walls are not sound proof. Staff were all friendly 👍

I didn't like the bed. It needs to be replaced, the pillows too. It could of been cleaner too. Nothing more off putting than find a hair in the Jacuzzi tub

The tapes in the bathroom we’re put in incorrectly and the same with the jet tube. It was hard to adjust the temperature. Could use an upgraded on the bed mattress and pillows.

The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. None of the accessible doors were working; the casino is conveniently connected to the hotel; the seating was awful, most machines and tables had old torn bar stools!

We had a few issues with the room. Hair dryer & plug that was in the bathroom did not work. So my wife could not use her curling iron & hair dryer in the bathroom. She had to dry & curl her hair in the main area of the room. Toilet once flushed continued to make noise just as if was leaking but assume water was going into the over flow valve. Wasting a lot of water.... The heat & AC unit was very loud. Also the fridge was noisy and leaking.
