Located upstairs on Main Street in Mendocino, this brand new contemporary apartment has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with shower and a private deck looking right out onto bay and ocean. Unbeatable location, walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.
The front bedroom has a queen size bed, french doors that open onto the balcony, a 40" smart TV and 2 closets. The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, large closet and a beautiful sitting area with a day bed.
The gourmet dream kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, the food lovers dream! The spacious kitchen opens into the living room and has a fantastic view of the bay. Living room features a large smart TV, french doors to the deck, a romantic gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating to relax and take in the amazing view. The apartment has lots of windows, tall cedar ceilings and heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen.
Sit out on the deck and watch the sunset, look for spouting whales and take in the beauty of the ocean. Front row seating for all that Mendocino has to offer, whether it's the Music Festival, Film Festival or the 4th of July Parade, you will be in the center of it all! It's a beautiful 2 br 1 bath apt above a retail store on Main St. Just the two of us as our friends contracted covid. It's up some stairs, but perfectly located on the edge of town overlooking the pacific ocean. The juvenile sparrow who lives just next door spent most of the day chirping for his/her parents, and sitting on the railing of our deck. persistent, but not annoying. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay -- we'll be back!
We had a fabulous time at Mike and Eula's place. We visit Mendocino frequently and this has been our favorite to-date. Great location, spotless, and very comfortable. Updated and modern furnishings and a wonderful deck overlooking the headlands. The noise from the bar a few doors down was sometimes audible at night from the master bedroom, but nothing a white noise machine couldn't fix.

Fantastic Spot
So lovely to spend the week here! The apartment is well designed and beautiful. It had everything we needed and the proximity to the ocean, the state parks was perfect. I loved that my 11 and 12 year old daughters could explore the town on their own whenever they wanted. They came back with treasures from the bookstore and the bead store without going more than 300 feet. Would love to come back.
