I have stayed at this hotel 3-4 times. Things starting to become lazed. Rooms are clean but the bathrooms need a good deep clean. Hot water to rooms not hot only warm. Pool furniture looking tired and covers very stained. Small swimming pool no longer heated. All staff great

This was a terrible hotel. The location was not by the beach. The food was terrible. No security. Did not feel safe. I chose to leave early, and move to a different location, and the Hotel refuse to give me a refund on my stay. I was Very upset and disappointed. I would never stay there.

This hotel is amazing. The lobby has a beautiful, open-air concept, and my room was pristine. All the staff members were so friendly and helpful. Ulan, Fina, and Tari were especially great. The food was also amazing! I totally raided the buffet every single morning because it was just that good.

Quiet stay at a beautiful hotel The staff make it such a hospitable stay with their kind and warm gestures, and always greeting us by name. The buffet breakfast is a must have, the food is fresh and super yummy with such a large selection to chose from. And the staff are more than happy to request some alternate options for you (they serve chicken bacon, but we had pork bacon on request) Lots of entertainment with a pool table, giant jenga, ping pong and live music We were warned that the area around hotel can be a bit dangerous to walk through at night, but we had no issues doing some late night trips to the mini mart around the corner. I would like to say a special thank you to Rian, yuni, novi, dian, ulan, The Boss Ros and the Head chef Adi. Also, the man with the kind face at reception, i didnt catch his name. They all made us feel so safe and welcomed. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will be back again!!

This was a last minute booking due to a bad situation on a group trip. And the hotel and staff really change that and made our trip amazing by to time we left. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel gave us so many opportunities to do what we wanted! Thank you!
