Blanca was a wonderful employee to check in with at the front desk. Her manager for the front desk also was so caring and helped me with a fax that was urgent. They literally put the guest first and want your stay to be the best possible. Because it’s the Christmas season the hotel was beautifully decorated and even offered a cookie to my family on the airport shuttle (very nice driver) and at check in. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Sheets on bed had large stain took a picture and drew it to the front desk attention. At that time of night staff were not available to change linens however for the money I paid those linens should have been tossed which made me think that the room was never cleaned. So I had to sleep on dirty bed sheets not the way to spend my New Year and no manager was available. Awfullll!!!!!!! I need a refund

Though the property and rooms are clean, staff was not as friendly and on top of pay so much for the room you also had to pay for parking and for continental breakfast. Pricing was ridiculous for a cup of coffee and a muffin.

Priperty was great. However EXPEDIA messed up my reservation and put it for the wrong day even after I reconfirmed by email. Expedia help desk people were rude and unwilling or unable to correct the problem. Unbelievable!.... 2nd time Ive had issues with them. If tou book direct with the hotel you'll get a better rate.

Hotel is clean, room was very spacious but no longer offer toiletries only wall mounted lotion and soap in the shower. Property conveniently localed in a location with easy access. Parking is also separate, not included.

Did not have my room available. Came in at 2am, and even though I had call in to check me in, a front desk agent (Adrian) didn’t do it. I had my family outside in the cold waiting for more than 45 minutes until the night auditor Kathleen (very nice lady and very helpful) managed to get me a room with rollaway beds. Very uncomfortable but at least we were able to sleep in a room. Didn’t have pillows, or comforter for the sofa bed. We decided not sleep the second night. Beautiful hotel, but someone did us wrong.

Shuttle was slow to arrive and they were hard to reach by phone to confirm pickup. Linens on pull out couch were dirty and there where no towels by the pool. Very limited dining options so plan accordingly.

Checkout was earlier than advertised on this website, but I was able to get a late checkout. The airport shuttle stops running at 11pm, so be prepared to take a Uber if you miss it. The hotel room and cookies at check in were a great way to end a day of traveling solo with a toddler and unexpected delays. The lights were already on in the room when I first entered and I was a little concerned about that; I wasn’t sure if housecleaning forgot to turn them off after they had gone through… or if the room was already occupied. Luckily, nothing was in the room.
