This place has no customer service even in busy hour they have one person on reception and no manager or supervisor on shift. Also washroom has all shampoo no body wash after calling they delivered in 40 minute.

From the front desk staff to the managers, no one cares here. We have a baby and have requested the same thing 4 times, we are always told it will be solved with no follow through. There is absolutely no hospitality or customer service here. No one cares!

The property is gloomy not up to date. Room looks miserable. No fridge no microwave. Door doesn’t shut completely have to pull to close it. Breakfast prices are ridiculously high for not so up scale hotel. Will not book again here.

The lobby is nice and clean but the rest of the hotel is very dirty and untidy. From the time you get to the elevator to go up to your room there was trash on the floor. The passageway on the floor to the bedrooms were dirty. The carpets in the room was untidy and there was no remote control for the Television.
