The service of the reception staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, but the shuttle service was disastrous, very, very uncomfortable, since when requesting the service I was informed that every 30 minutes it made its trip to the collection area at the airport, I called 3 times and was told that it would arrive, after almost 2 hours of waiting it never arrived, I decided to request an UBER that cost me $24.00 in addition to my inconvenience.

The building was quiet but the staff is not good I was there for about no one never came to clean the room the hold 3 days I was there and I asked every day I left the building but came back in for the night and the room was still dirty all they gave us was clean towels each day we was there

The only complaints i have are the vending machine options were very limited, I would have liked a place to sit in the smoking area, and we wished there was a shuttle to Port Miami. Everything else about this property met or exceeded our expectations.

The room did not have working heat. No hot water and you had to keep flushing the toilet several times for everything to go down. Called the front desk several times with no answer. Never again will I go there!!

I actually enjoyed my stay the staff at the service desk were amazing. The reason why I gave a 1 star rating overall is when I checked out they only refunded $24.78 of my $100 deposit which I was very disappointed about. I talked to the manager at the service desk and she told me that they refunded the whole amount and I should call my bank. I called my bank and was told that only $24.78 was refunded. She refused to talk to my bank and refused to refund the rest of my deposit. That made my wonderful stay turn to trash. Also my brother stayed in the same hotel at the same time and he received his whole deposit amount at checkout. That really made my stay horrible and I’ll never stay there again nor will I ever tell anyone to stay there.
