This place is very nice and I like everything about it. The only things that I didn't like was the pool was closed due to repairs and ask for a wakeup call at 7 AM and didn't receive one, other than that I will be returning.

was staying here for the pool as we came for a niners game. Pool was broken. Sent a message asking about it. Got nothing back except a thing saying we could get a room upgrade which also didn’t happen. I should have switched hotels, right when we first got here. Never been to ca. Also they didn’t pick us from the airport. I was given the run around even though they texted me saying call when you get outside. We flew delta and this hotel prefers southwest airline. Asked front desk questions and they were like we don’t know anything around there. We like to travel and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Refrigerator made noise like it was popping popcorn all day and night. the red light for messages on the phone kept coming on everyday and we had no messages. Called front desk each day to have it removed, they again was like I don’t know why it does that I’ll reset it for you. So annoying to wake up to a red flashing light 2a-4a each day. Their restaurant service took forever.

The building has a cool, modern look. It's handy to have a restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't use it. Breakfast was pretty expensive. The biggest issue we had was the smell in our room. It was very musty and didn't get better with running the air conditioner.

Had to get out of the tub.. couldn't understand what she was yakking about so had to grab some clothes and put them on to open the door! She wanted to know what time I was checking out?! I have until 11 . That was really obnoxious and annoying. I paid for the room until checkout and do not expect to be bothered .

It would be better if the parking is free, and some free snacks as welcome treats. Can be more friendly if you have more amenities. Pool spa water is too low and not hot enough.
