Not enough staff on when its a busy weekend due to events in the area.Checkin staff were really busy and didnt answer the phone when we called gor a cot and blankets for the pull out sofa. We got the sheets ourselves and the cot was delivered later. Breakfast was good but only one person working and it was far too busy for him to manage on his own! Way under staffed when events are being held.

This hotel is definitely in need of some TLC. We were there with many other people and there were many problems. From mice 😳 to broken door locks, broken toilet, a sink that wouldn’t drain & less problematic …tattered curtains. It just wasn’t worth the $200 price tag for sure. Also, what’s with the extra fees?? Sustainability Levi? Municipality Accomodation Tax? Municipality HST (on top of regular HST)? Safe fee? (We didn’t ask for or use) & charge to use my master card? Kind of out of control.

I paid to stay in a suite for four days in this hotel so I could have a comfortable place to work. The room is so outdated but worse than that the couch was broken, rips in the carpet and they wouldn’t clean the room or even freshen linen for three days. Had I not booked and paid in advance online, I would have left immediately and cancelled this booking. The staff didn’t care and there was zero effort at customer service The breakfast included was cheap bagels and cereal. I’ve stayed many other Days Inns that were a class act THIS ONE WAS SO DISAPPOINTING! Never again.

It was average. Dated a bit. Lots of things broken in the room. Lock, as door looked like it was kicked in Blinds. Other little things. But it wasn't the most expensive room, so you get what you pay for

This hotel was ok. When we arrived there were unexpected fees as I booked through Expedia but the staff was able to make it work. Our room was not the cleanest and there was a random sock left by the bed so the cleaning staff clearly didn’t do a thorough job, but the room itself was huge and the beds were super comfortable. Morning staff seemed very unhappy to be there and as we were checking out there was another guest asking for extra towels for their room and was told there would be no towels for another 2 hours as they were doing laundry. Seems like a huge hotel to only have 1 person working the front desk and clearly not enough people doing laundry/cleaning services. Good hotel for a quick overnight trip if you’re looking for a cheaper option.

Not as bad as some of the reviews I read
Went for just a couple night to “get away” you can tell the hotel is an older property, but seems like the owners are trying to make updates. New carpet in the rooms, new TVs, the kitchenette was new, the bed was good, not great, but good. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but i did have a look around and seemed in decent shape. All around, id stay there again.
