My heart sank as I reflect on my experience at this property. It pains me to admit that this has been the most disappointing stay of my life. Hilton hotels are renowned for their impeccable rooms and top-notch customer service, but sadly, this was not the case here. The service fell far below my expectations, leaving me feeling disheartened. The fact that Hilton hotel charges for parking left me crestfallen, especially when there were plenty of parking spots available. Regrettably, this will be my final visit to this property. The musty odor in my room was overwhelming, prompting me to check out after a mere five hours in search of alternative accommodation.

For our anniversary we booked an airbnb that canceled 36 hours before our flight to California. We were lucky to find this place and really enjoyed the personal balcony. The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. My only complaint, that i said multiple times daily, was the bathroom smelled of urine. I don't know if the toilet needed a new wax ring or if it was the shower curtain. But I had to keep the bathroom door shut the entire stay.

We were told we could check in 2 hours early. When arrived, after a 3 hour drive, we were told our early check in was given to someone else. We were able to use the pool and wait there for our room to be ready. We paid for parking upon check in and were given a notice on our windshield twice. E checked with the front desk and were told it is an outside source, but for us not to worry about it. We were given the option to have our room cleaned or not, we chose to have it cleaned once. It was only take out dirty towels and empty trash, after calling the front desk we were told you have to request full service to get supplies refilled, bathroom cleaned etc. . We were never given that option and they stated full service was included in our room rate. Our refrigerator freezer was in need of being defrosted and was unusable. One of the couch cushion had a broken zipper and all of the foam was exposed. Very disappointed. Beautiful hotel, just bad customer service.

I liked the area. Lots of trees. Close to the freeway but not a lot of noise. The only thing I minded was the smell of bleach in the room but that just means the room is clean right? Can’t complain too much on that. Overall, I would stay again.

Rhis property has gone down hill and is not worth rhe money. We have come here twice a year for theclast four years and now we will find somewhere else

This property badly needs a refresh. Everything is worn to the bone. Our room strongly smell cleaning chemicals, the fridge barely did cold, ever after reporting it. Elevator is super-busy. The worst Hilton, and likely one of the worst hotel I ever been. Some positive note: the guest laundry works well and the $10/day self parking has plenty of space. It is also quiet. Anyone who wants a nice time in a nice place, find something else.

The electric vehicle charging point does not exist even though Hotels.com says there's one here. Great hotel otherwise!
