Pro...the front desk staff were friendly. Cons...the room was dirty and the bedding especially. The sheets had an oily smell and the pillowcases smelled smoky. The hotel looked tired and dated. We didn't last 1 night. I rebooked to another hotel for the next 4 nights at 1:30am because I couldn't sleep due to the room conditions.

I did not like that they charge for parking something I didn’t see when booking the room and another think is the lay out of the room. Had to call guess service to ask where was the switch of the entrance light because we was already thinking the light was out. And they said the switch was inside the closet. U can just imagine the closet door with a hole on door for you to stick your hand through to turn on. I’m sorry but rooms not that great.

I only stayed for one night And did not have any concerns. The room did face the street and was a little noisy, but not overnight. I was not aware that you had to pay for parking.

Did not get a good nights sleep due to traffic noise outside the hotel. Unable to leave AC fan on to help keep noise down. Bathroom space was tiny not efficient. Staff not very friendly especially at checkin. Thought the room was overpriced for what it was.

Ergonomics of the room very poor. Furniture very awkwardly placed in the room-unable to open doors fully, closet shelf too low making hanging of clothes difficult. Bathroom so tiny it was difficult to enter/close door. That said, it was clean and generally quiet. First world problems I do understand but was there for business and room made it difficult.
