My wife and 2 children didn’t even spend the night due to all of the prostitution activity in front of the hotel. Hotel staff first assigned a room that was already occupied. Assigned new room, okay but nothing special. They didn’t see any other families at the hotel, mostly single men. They went out to explore San Diego and returned 4 hrs later. Not comfortable with the hotel, they rented a room at another hotel in another city.

The hotel was surrounded by prostitutes! Eight of them from what I counted, eight! I’m not trying to obtain those services nor staying in a hotel where prostitutes are literally walking around the hotel selling their services. Get me out of here!

This hotel charged me twice for who knows what. I was told it would take 7-10 business days to be removed, but I want to know why I was charged $167 twice AND the $100 deposit when I only had ONE room. I tried calling and calling, but the line is always busy. I can never get a hold of anyone. The room was mediocre. Descent enough to lay my head for a few hours before continuing my journey. NO ELEVATOR so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Only convenient thing was the freeway was just right there when we needed to leave in the early morning. No breakfast, except a bag of muffins or “to go” items.

The staff member at check-in was friendly, professional, and quick. In the room, the bed was super comfortable but bug spray for cockroaches was definitely needed as we had a few.
