We had a great time, the hotel was perfect! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the restaurant had the most amazing food! There is a parkade right beside the building so parking wasnt an issue. We would happily stay here again.

First time visitors.
We loved the location of the hotel. The spa was wonderful with excellent massage practitioners. They mixed up our appointment but apologized and we were glad we postponed our departure to make the later appointment. Would absolutely stay there again.

The services in the spa and salon are excellent! It’s motorcycling season so a lot of noice from the street. Didn’t bother me but I can imagine it would be a sore point for others. I did enjoy May stay but I will not likely return. Reasons: they must use deodorant and the carpets as they allow pets. Woke up every morning with my eyes swollen shut. 2. This hotel is not set up for accessibility. Thumbs down for that. 3. Parking is next door at a sketchy parade. Not included with your hotel. With the price they charge it doesn’t wash for me. 4. There were 2 queen beds in my room. Both were extremely soft and uncomfortable. The pillows are awful. Lumpy foam chips. Again with the price one would think they would offer better pillows and mattresses.
