The best hotel in New Delhi, by miles!
The Imperial might just be the best hotel I've ever stayed at! We finished our trip in India here, in pure luxury, where all the amenities were top quality, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, it truly felt like our home away from home. The staff were so lovely, we were spotted by a member of staff who had finished his shift, when we were walking about a kilometer away from the hotel, and he took the time to offer us directions to where we were trying to go! Can't recommend the Imperial enough. We loved it and if we find ourselves in Delhi again I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Hmm?! Nice hotel but a few niggling issues
Check in was good. Except the hotel added additional credit card charges to the stay and that was then left pending on my account So when I came to pay the final bill which was issued separately, it looked like Iā€™d spent nearly Ā£3000 !!! For a 3 night stay. Consequently my CC refused payment .. it took forever to get it sorted and we then had little time free at the airport Also our room 265 had no natural window Instead it had an internal opening that looked down into the hotel lobby area. The Roman blind needed to stay down the whole time .. very disappointing considering the pretty grounds. Also, when next door used their bathroom there was a continual clanking of pipe works, not good at 5/6am I have evidence of this if the hotel is interested

It's a beautiful property, very classis and elegant. Staff was courteous and hospitable. The only thing that didn't work out was out bathroom tub. There was continuous blockage even after they sent the plumber to repair.

This place has next level service. One of the desk managers, Prabhneet is incredible. Helped me with a few things like dinner reservations, checkout, recommendations, Incredible staff, and not just a few of them. All of them are so well trained and proactive. One of the nicest places Iā€™ve stayed and Iā€™ve done over 100 nights this year in hotels. Will only stay at this hotel when I come back to Dehli now.

This is probably my 8th time staying at the Imperial, which should tell you all you need to know! The property is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, the spa is my favorite on the planet, amazing on site restaurants and the location just cant be beat. Ive stayed at tajs and leelas and oberois, but the imperial is my home in Delhi. I wont stay anywhere else!

Imperial Delhi - Fit for a King
As always, an amazing experience. The staff does everything to make one feel at home. No one is too busy to stop and have a quick chat. Going above and beyond is an ingrained part of their service. I have stayed at this property since I was 10 and now 4 decades later, I have seen it through various phases. The new management is a breath of fresh air and is restoring the Imperial Delhi hotel to its glory days that had been lost with time. One will not regret splurging on this grand experience.
