Mya transport was great, the resort was really good, staff was excellent. Food was hit or miss (mostly miss) property was well kept and clean. Beach was less than desirable. Polls were exactly as advertised

In need of renovation. Pool dirty, pool furniture worn and dirty. Room smelled like mildew. Could be very nice with a Reno. Staff very good and food decent. Grounds are well kept.

I love the beautiful layout and decorations. Everything building/area was accessible. The staff's service was amazing, especially Angel at Spoons and Erick at Bites. Their service was superb!

Try to charge $ for extra wine bottle which we don't order and even they don't have a ticket for it! Did a hold on card to check with staff and never hear apologize for this situation! Also try to order brekfast night before fly and free " 24 hours " service dont answer phone call ( tablet was not charged to do it ) We recived recommendation from family members for this hotel but because of front desk and room seevice we was dissapointed... The rest of the stay was great...

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Breathless. It was a lot of fun and we met lots of great people. Download the app to discover the daily events and activities. The food at Spoon buffet was delicious—there were plenty of options at breakfast and lunch. The food at Spumante and Coquette were quite good too. Angel was an amazing server. He was so friendly, polite, and attentive. All the staff worked so hard to ensure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. They played better music at the Xcelerate pool. My only issue with this resort is there aren’t enough lounge chairs for all the guests, it takes a while to get seated at any one of their restaurants (wait time is usually around 45-60 minutes at around 7-8pm), and the beach is not nice (the area is part of a lagoon so we knew it wouldn’t be that great; obviously it’s not their fault, but just don’t have high expectations).

The hotel is amazing, everything, food, rooms, staff, attention, everything. Also, I want to make a special mention for 4 members from the staff, 3 of them work in the twist & squeeze bar area...special kudos to Rogelio and Edwin they are amazing guys and always willing to help and treat you as a friend, and Christian who is the bartender also keeping and eye and preparing the best drinks. The last member is Angel from the spoon buffet, who is also providing attention and customer service with a big smile.

The whirlpool hot tub was dirty and full of scoops of dead insects, the phone to contact the concierge was broken, and both my partner and I got extremely food poisoned from splitting the same dish at the Piquante restaurant. The gift shop, which is the only source of medicine said their vomit medicines were SOLD OUT which tells you a lot. There was also construction that started early in the morning so we couldn't sleep in past 9am. Aside from those things that can't be overlooked, the property was quite beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the entertainment was decent. Not enough lounge chairs on the beach though.
