The beds are hard as a rock they need new mattresses and the bathroom doors donā€™t close properly and stay closed with the barn door style (I donā€™t like due to no privacy). Other than this everything else was great.

Nos asignaron rĆ”pidamente habitaciĆ³n, ofreciĆ©ndonos planta baja o alta a nuestro gusto. Bien ubicado el hotel para caminar por la zona turĆ­stica, seguro el lugar para regresar tarde por la noche. Ni se escuchaba tanto el ruido de afuera pero si entre las habitaciones y pasillos. El desayuno caliente y rico, bĆ”sico pero con opciĆ³n de huevo, tocino, jugo , chocolate, pan dulce etc. La limpieza fatal, la muchacha abriĆ³ sin tocar la puerta y se asomĆ³ Justo cuando me estaba cambiando, no limpiĆ³ prĆ”cticamente sĆ³lo tendiĆ³ la camas. Fuera de ahĆ­ muy agradable y tranquila la Estancia

The property refused to honor the Expedia reservation price. This meant I had to be on the phone with Expedia for 3 hours while they resolved this issue. It was an enormous inconvenience. Eventually Expedia moved us to another hotel.
