Great location
Every hotel visit starts w/ valet, doormen and bellhop. Lewis and his team were very courteous, professional and fast with drop offs and pickups. Easy, early checkin was granted since we had an early flight and needed to rest. Downtown area had plenty to do, easy access to highway to get either side of New Orleans.

The staff was wonderful. The only thing I wish I could change is the size of the bathroom (impossible to change) and the lighting in the room. Since the bathroom is so small, if I wanted to get my makeup done while my husband was in the bathroom, I would have to go to the window with the itty bitty mirror. If it was at night, we would have to start getting ready well in advance so someone could completely get ready in the bathroom before the other started. Since you can’t change the size of the bathroom, a vanity area and better lighting in the room would be lovely. But we would stay here again. The location, the staff, and the amenities are wonderful.

Went for TSwift weekend and the staff was so kind through the chaos. Took a while to get our room but understandable with the back to back shows so I wouldn’t hold that against the staff. They texted as soon as it was ready and we enjoyed a great walk and meal in the meantime. They even had a post in the lobby writing poems for guests.

Not a good stay
Check-in time is 4 pm but my room was not ready until nearly 6 pm. When leaving, I had a very early flight but the hotel shut off all the water at the property overnight, so I had no water in the morning to shower with. I cannot imagine I would stay here again.

I visited New Orleans to attend ANCC convention and liked my short stay at this hotel. Room/bathroom was clean and beautiful. The front desk staff stated during checkin that "I received $100 restaurant credit and $25 credits per day as an ANCC convention attendee". However, I was charged at the end and realized I was scammed. The manager (Katelyn Lucas) didn't resolved the problem! This event was surprising and upsetting! I hope some one can resolved this issue.

The staff at the property gave wrong information to I and my group and we got bill for that. When we spoke with the manager she said ohh we are sorry for the miscommunication but there’s nothing I can do.
