On arrival, I had to wait for my room to be clean for three hours and this was after my check in time. Once we got to the room the door to the terrace would not close. I called the front desk multiple times before I went down to the lobby. We had to wait 2 hours for assistance. We miss my birthday dinner reservations because of all the issues.

The stay was good. I loved the rooftop with the pool and bar. The hotel was elegant and the rooms beds were very comfortable. The only bad thing that happened during my stay was my room key stopped working and maintenance had to come let me in and repair the lock. Also a suggestion would be the offering of a continental breakfast included with the room rate. There was not even a cup of coffee you could get without charge.

The only thing i didn't appreciate, was the fee at the end of your stay, for the amenities around the hotel. I didn't get in that little pool, it was full of guests, my room didn't get cleaned, only one day out of 3, we didn't get to use out free drink coupon, and the female bartender wasn't that friendly.

Hotel was great. almost every single staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodating. However, we paid in advance and at check in we were told that we only needed to have a $300 incidentals deposit and everything else was paid up, but then we were charged an additional $295 at check out for a “destination fee”- that was an unfortunate note to end on.

Very nice stay had two rooms and one last night water was leaking from ceiling they gave me another room no hesitation. I would definitely recommend convient to every thing close to airport only compliant I asked for towels for both rooms only one room got delivered not sure how that happen due to next to each other . small matter nothing big

Young white lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating when we checked in night of 8/9. Reggie at the lobby restaurant bar was amazing , truly a great person and the best bloody Mary’s we’ve ever had. Shout out to Paul at the rooftop bar as well!

The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff, particularly Dexter. His attention to detail and genuine friendliness made a significant difference in our visit. I would definitely and plan to return to NOPSI Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.
