*disclaimer: this was during the Taylor Swift Eras Tour Weekend* Hotel was average but in a great location. Check in was smooth but when we arrived around 2pm there was no hot water left. They don’t give you a whole lot of towels so we ran out while showering/getting ready. Room had clean bedding but bathroom looked to not have been deep cleaned in a while (water stains/soap scum in shower door). Significant wear and tear on the shower features (rusting/paint peeling). Lastly, the floor did not look to be vacuumed and definitely wasn't vacuumed as part of housekeeping. WiFi was spotty but I’m going to assume that was due to the capacity of the hotel. Check out was busy and the staff were definitely at the end of their ropes with people. We definitely caught some attitude for asking them to hold bags (which is something they offer). All in all, a safe roof over your head in a good location close to bourbon street and the French quarter.

Enjoyed the stay. Nice hotel. No mini fridge or microwave was inconvenient, but other than that was great. Area around the hotel is sketchy at night sometimes.
