Jasmine at the front desk was the best. She was so nice and helpful in check-in. Soon after checking in one of our party realized he forgot his passport (leaving for a cruise the next morning). Jasmine gave us the hotel email so his birth certificate could be sent. She messaged us when she got it. When we came back to the front desk she had it in a sealed envelope for us. This was our problem, not hers, but she handled as if we were family. Thanks Jasmine for going above and beyond to help us!
