It was OK. I feel like the towels and the linens were not clean. The bedding smelled like someone left it in the washer and bleach. The towels had other peoples body hair, stuck all in it. Had to have my key reset twice, possibly my fault but I donā€™t think it was both times because I was being careful to keep it away from my cell. The TV didnā€™t really work. The worst thing about it was it smelled like cheap cleaning supplies like Fabuloso gave me a migraine for the entire trip and made me nauseous. I was being poisoned in there. Smelled like a gas station bathroom. Never again. Also, you could like see mold along the shower bottom door it was like black. The toilet ran and it was loud and then same thing about the air conditioner. It had like water dripping out. Two stars because it was a cute little area and the people who worked there were nice.

Honeymoon in New Orleans
Stayed here for our honeymoon. The place is beautiful and very well maintained. Rooms very clean and bed was amazing! Villas right on the water and we were able to fish from our deck. Surrounding area is industrial but safe. Property is gated with 24 hr security. Restaurant on premesis. Definite hidden gem!! Maybe 15 mins from French Quarter.

The property was nice, we enjoyed being right on the water. Check in was easy as we got there before 5pm. There is no housekeeping at all. No hand soap, and only a small container of shampoo and conditioner for a four night stay, the fridge was nice but the freezer part was broken and there was no ice machine on the property. We also found a cockroach in our room, a towel that was in our room also had droppings on it. We notified the office and was basically told ā€œitā€™s expectedā€ we were disappointed with the response, as I donā€™t think anyone should be sleeping where cockroaches are all over the rooms. We would have never booked this if we knew that going in! The pool was a nice treat with it being so hot.

I highly recommend Signature Villa #2. Avoid Villa #1. Villa #1 is the Standard Villa and it has 2 bedrooms, only 1 bathroom, a small kitchen and a small living room. No dining room. The Signature Villa #2 has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The pictures donā€™t match up with the property you are renting. After you book your stay you need to confirm with the front office/desk that you are requesting Signature Villa #2. I didnā€™t confirm this after I booked our stay with Expedia. When we checked in we were given Standard Villa #1 not Signature Villa #2 that we paid for. They had given our property to someone else. We were very disappointed the first night. We couldnā€™t do anything because we checked in after the front desk closed. The front desk is not 24 hours. Any issues need to be addressed with the security guard that handles the phones until the front desk returns in the morning. The security guard is limited to what they could do. We were able to switch properties the next day. Avoid paying for the Wifi. It doesnā€™t work. We spent our time on the phone with the Wifi company trying to troubleshoot the Wifi. We explained our issue to the front and they kindly refunded us back the cost. Someone had occupied our parking space for our villa so we had to park in the overflow parking which was a bit of a walk to the villa. Other than that the stay was really nice and safe. I highly recommend staying here.

I wish I could give 5 stars because it truely has potential but it has some flaws. The 1st villa we stayed in the roof was leaking. They did move us with an upgrade right away but the 2nd villa also had a roof leak. There was mold on the wall in the loft but we really didnt need to use the loft and didnt feel like packing our things again. There were a few other issues but we just dealt with it. The staff was kind except for the maintenance guy. He was so rude and thinks he's mister big shot. The pool was nice and clean and the restaurant had amazing food and service. The property is gated with a security guard 24/7

We expected a lot more from the pictures of the property, it was really basic. Unfortunately due to the rain, we didn't get to swim not once. Then the first room we checked it had spiders all over the bed and the door wouldn't open with our key. Thankfully they accommodated immediately and we were moved to another basic room and just sucked it once we realized we were only going to sleep there. I went to New Orleans to celebrate my birthday and despite how it started and the rain, turned out to be decent.
