Charles who was on at the front desk is the literal BEST!!!! He was kind and took the time to separate out our bill when we got there at 11:30 pm. The Eliza Jane is beautiful. Our room was amazing and the tub was to die for !

Staff was amazing- Phillip in the dinning/breakfast bar was phenomenal. The next day he remembered our groups individual drink orders. Gabe at the Valet stand was very personable. Overall great experience and would recommend to friends staying in NO.

Lovely two night stay as a couple in the perfect location of New Orleans. The room was large, bed extremely comfortable and the shower terrific. The staff was warm and accommodating. Very cool decor and building. Will be back!!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated. Nice bathrooms. Love the overall ambiance of the hotel, a nice relaxing place. Location is great, easy walk to the French Quarter, but far enough that you don't hear the noise. Wonderful staff. You won't regret staying here.

First room I was put in had soaking wet carpet . Second, the tub flooded at each shower and would not drain , and the faucet fell off when I changed the temp from right to left . Also I was charged in correctly twice . Just not a comfortable experience.
