This was our second time staying for two nights at the Fullerton Hotel Sydney. We came back as we loved it so much and the service had made us feel so welcome. We also loved how central it is and timeless. However, the staff this stay didn’t seem to value our time, were not attentive when we were trying to checkout and at times, I felt judged by my appearance and whether I could afford valet parking. We will stay again but I hope the service improves.

Excellent hotel & very central. Easy access to public transport, circular quay, Opera House , Botanical gardens & Darling Harbour. Buffet breakfast was impressive & coffee was excellent. Heritage room was beautiful. Only downside was the noise/ music coming from an unknown source which continued throughout the night- not super loud but persistent. Required the use of earplugs.

We always love staying at the Fullerton. It's a great location - near light rail and train. The Bar is a great place to relax at any time of the day or night, the Place does the best breakfast buffet and great value lunch. Staff are always accommodating and the rooms are just devine.

Double charged by reception on checkin. Booking had been already paid months in advance but charged my card again and for a higher rate than I had already paid. Only discovered from checking my credit card statement. Have stayed here multiple times, but feel something has changed. Hotel is still lovely, but the buffet breakfast is not as good as previous stays, less options, lower quality. Prob would not stay here again nor recommend.

Property was brilliant staff were amazing. Breakfast was a little disorganised and food was good. Selection was great though. Overall a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended
